Filing Complaints
How to raise concerns about data handling, service, or privacy
Pellucis takes complaints seriously. If you have a concern about how we handled your data, the quality of a report, or our privacy practices, we want to hear from you.
What You Can Complain About
- Privacy or data handling: Unauthorized use, disclosure, or retention of your documents or personal information.
- Report quality or accuracy: Errors in extraction, findings, or narrative that you believe are material.
- Service issues: Delays, failed deliveries, or support problems.
- Billing disputes: Charges you believe are incorrect.
How to File a Complaint
Email us at hello@pellucis.com with the subject line Complaint or Privacy Complaint. Include:
- Your name and the email address associated with your account
- A clear description of the concern
- Any relevant dates, report references, or document names
- What resolution you are seeking

Response and Resolution
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days where possible. For privacy complaints, we follow applicable procedures under PIPEDA and similar frameworks. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to escalate to a relevant privacy commissioner or regulatory body in your jurisdiction.
