This is a plain-language draft of how Quoin handles data, for design purposes. Final terms will be reviewed by Canadian counsel before any real customer data is processed.
The lease documents and accounting/ledger exports you upload, and account details (name, work email, company). We process this to produce renewal analysis, briefs, and draft notices for your review.
Customer data is stored in Canada at rest (Supabase ca-central-1, Montréal). Documents analyzed by an LLM are processed via a US API today — a North-American processing boundary — under standard provider retention. We do not train models on your data, in any configuration.
Per-account isolation enforced by row-level security; encrypted in transit and at rest. We minimize retention of source documents.
We operate in alignment with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
